Outlook(Classic)がない

Microsoft Office Home & Business 2024がプレインストールされているノートパソコンを購入し、Outlookのアカウントを作成しようとしたところ、Outlook(Classic)が見当たらないことに気が付いた。

Outlook(New)しかないので、試しにアカウント追加をしようとしたところ、OneDriveとの同期が必須とのメッセージが表示されたので、作業を中断した。

なんとかOutlook(Classic)が使えないかとネットで調べたところ、「WordまたはExcelからプログラムの更新をすると追加される」との記事を見つけたので試してみると、Outlook(Classic)が追加された。

後からよくよく調べてみると、Microsoft Supportのサイトに「新しい Windows PC では従来の Outlook を開くことができません」との記事が掲載されており、スタンドアロン バージョンをダウンロードできるようになっている。

ライセンスがあるのに、はじめからインストールされていないなんて不思議ですね。

Step 1

To change the background click on the label bar and in the layer window select the style tab.

Step 2

Choose a source from the background top tab then upload an image or pick a background color.

To add a layer, click the green plus button in the left sidebar and select the type of layer.
